You can’t even put your finger on all that seems awry – yet you know your life is off track. You feel constantly haunted by your inability to set things right. You may usually be good at solving problems – but now have no idea where to begin to untangle this mess. You simply don’t know where to turn.

I have specialized in helping adolescents, adults, and seniors for over 20 years as a psychotherapist, working with issues of dual diagnosis, mood disorders, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, postpartum depression, and women’s issues. I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental place to explore those issues of life. My hope is that my clients find a safe place to explore what is troubling them, and can find stability and resolve despite their struggle.
From addiction to anxiety and depression, relationship troubles, or spirituality, I strive to bring forth the healer within my clients. I have specialty training in addictions, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, and DBT.
